The hat is hand beaded with clear crystal, grey, aurora borealis and opaque opalescent rhinestones and gems. It's also hand painted with liquid gold leaf paint. The top pom pom and trim is in light grey tulle. This hat measures about 9 inches high and will fit a child or adult. A double layer of silky ribbon is used for the tie.
