Gorgeous and ornate party hat for decoration. Hand crafted with a damask flocked velvet base and trimmed with a bevy of hand dyed ruffled paper roses and gold tipped rose leaves. The center of the hat features a bit of glittered and antiqued sheet music art titled "Mamie Waltz", composed by Basile Bares in 1880 in New Orleans. Its framed with antiqued gold German Dresden trim  and tulle with brass flowers and rhinestones. The top of the hat is decorated with pearl and glass beads. the back of the hat is trimmed with silky ribbon bows. 
This is a one of a kind piece measuring 13 inches high and about 9 inches at its widest point at the bottom.  It makes for a wonderful party table centerpiece or as a part of your vintage style home decorating.
