This item has sold ~ A sweet little birthday hat hand crafted with gold glittered paper. The front of the hat is decorated with silver tinsel and a vintage image if a little girl ballerina with real feather glittered fairy wings and a cream crepe tutu. The top of the hat has a cream crepe ruffle rose with gold dresden leaves and vintage millinery pearl fronds. The bottom of the hat is trimmed with lots of layered crepe ruffles and cream grosgrain ribbon bows at each side. Soft and silk cream ribbon for tying under the chin. 

This one of a kind hat measures about 8 inches high. It will fit small children and adults. You can also use it as a decoration or cake topper!
