Introducing Duchesse! She likes fancy dress parties and never takes off her crown. This is a one of a kind hand crafted kitty cloth doll made with unique vintage materials and other fine bits.

Her body is 100% cotton and her interior is poly fill. Her face is embellished with rhinestone heart buttons for eyes, soft gold glass beads from the 1920s' for her nose and grey silk velvet ears. She has a fabulous crown made from antique crochet trim, edged with vintage glass beads and pearls.

Her pretty dress is made of shantungsilk and pure silk striped taffeta in french blue and cream as an over-layer. The layers beneath are tulle and antique lace The edge of the taffeta features embroidery with french knots, sequins and rhinestones. French blue colored velvet ribbon, antique from Germany, decorated her neck, the back of her dress and her feet.

This is a one of a kind, hand crafted object of art. Because of the fine and antique materials, it may not withstand regular or rough play, therefore, it is best kept as display on a shelf, chair, or bed. This is not a toy for small children.
