The image is edged with gold leaf and rests on top of a layer or tulle and greenish grey crepe ruffles. The wand is embellished with gold dresden stars, glass rhinestones and mercury glass colored glitter. The stick is wrapped with silky pink ribbon. This piece measures about 14 inch high. the ruffled top measures about 7 inches across.
