A cute bejeweled party hat that sits atop an easy to wear headband. Made with sturdy shimmering white card stock that is covered with artfully placed gems in aurora borealis, clear, champagne and gold colors. Trimmed with buttercream tulle and with a silky ribbon covered slim headband. The little hat itself measures about 5 inches (125 mm) high and is slightly tilted on the headband. The headband will fit most sizes from small children to adults.
