SHIPPING POLICY

Please send a message by using the message box on this page, email directly, or add a note at checkout and I will let you know if I can have it to you in time. If you do not give a date I will assume you are ok with the possible waiting time of up to two to three weeks for shipping, depending on the work load in the studio. For example, the few weeks in December before Christmas are very busy.
The usual time frame needed for completion of made to order items is 3 to 5 days.
The Dream Peddlery is not responsible for any missing or good and packages damaged during transit. However there are some occasions where we will work on a way to accomodate a customer.
Usually packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. All items are well insulated and protected for delivery. There are times when The Dream Peddlery will receive a large amount of orders and this may delay shipping dates. Please be aware that IF YOU NEED AN ITEM BY A SPECIFIC DATE - Please leave a message in the ADD A NOTE section at checkout and I will let you know if I can have it to you in time. If you do not give a date I will assume you are ok with the possibility of an extended waiting time.
RETURNS
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING
Our products are usually shipped within 1-7 days after time allotted for completion of manufacture using the following carriers: USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
